Breathwork can feel energizing, releasing, or deeply calming depending on the technique.
Breathwork supports stress release, clarity, emotional processing, and increased energy. We also use it frequently to teach you how to get grounded and how to process emotional states.
With some exceptions, breathwork is safe. Breathwork must be guided properly and adjusted to your comfort level. There are contraindications associated with different types of breathwork therefore before beginning any breathing exercises, your coach will ask about your physical health.
Not at all. You’ve been breathing your whole life! Beginners can benefit right away.
It really depends on the type of breathwork practiced. Some exercises are as short as three minutes while longer sessions can last up to an hour and a half.
